Returns and Cancellations
Please contact us Via Email in the first instance so we may resolve any concerns you may have.

Customized & Monogrammed Products: If you have custom made, sized or added a monogram to a stock product it is NOT ELIGIBLE for cancellation, return, or exchange.
Non-Customized & Unused Products: Within the first 30 days after purchase, if you are not satisfied or change your mind, we will be happy to provide a refund (excluding shipping).
How to Return or Exchange:
Download our Return & Exchange form, fill it out and include it with your return shipment back to us.
If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price).
We ask that you are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs for returns & exchanges.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
Jane Watts Leather & Metal warrants its products for ONE YEAR against defects in workmanship or materials.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, modification, water, pets, children, or Acts of God, or if for example, your puppy decides to make a chew toy out of your new belt. If we replace a product for you, the replacement assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
Privacy & Security
We do not share your contact details with a third party and will under no circumstances sell on your details to a third party. Please see our full Privacy Policy here for full details. All areas of the wesbite that deal with personal information are protected by SSL encryption and we do not store any credit details.

This website will allow you to order any of our "standard" bespoke products and from our small selection of ready to wear items. Shipping and delivery
All of our products are handmade and or made to measure.
We will keep you informed of delivery dates and progress, particularly if we have any delays. Please do let us know via email or in the "Notes" box available in the checkout process if you need your item in a hurry for any particular reason (ie birthday presents etc) and we will always do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Outside EU (0-300g): £12.45 (No VAT)

Our International mail is sent by Royal Mail International Signed For which takes 5 to 10 days in transit to non EU address.

IMPORT TAXES
Please be aware that International orders may require you to pay import taxes upon receipt. Jane Watts Leather & Metal is not responsible for paying any additional customs fees or taxes or import duties.

We accept payment via Square in UK Pounds Sterling. Terms and conditions of the organisation taking the payment apply, e.g. storage of information. Jane Watts Leather & Metal does not hold or retain any payment details.
